A member of the Global Education Coalition, you and/or your organization will be part of a community of passionate global citizens who are dedicated to increasing capacity, training, and innovative resources for global competence. Your membership fee includes access to Global Education Coalition monthly meetings, professional development opportunities, voice in coalition discussions and votes, and logo recognition on our website. Your membership dues are will go towards supplies for meetings, funding for our symposium, and excellent professional development opportunities.
How do the monthly meetings work?
Monthly meetings are held in-person in New York City at one of our members locations. The physical location varies from meeting to meeting, however, anyone can join virtually via Zoom. Links and call-in numbers are provided for each session. Meetings are scheduled as follows:
Professional Development: Led by experts within the global education field these meetings are for coalition members and their guests. (Virtual & In Person).
Special Event Planning: Dedicated to the planning and coordination of our Global Education Symposium these meetings are for coalition members and their guests. (Virtual & In Person)
Networking Events: As the latest addition to our meeting formats these gatherings will offer members and those interested in the Coalition to connect socially.
What do I need to do to join?
To join the Global Education Coalition members must be one or more of the following:
Professional in the field of Global Education
Recognized Global Education organization
School or institution working with Global Education programming
